These terms govern your use of TripPathAI, operated by Musa Tenekeci, a sole proprietor based in Turkey ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TripPathAI generates AI-assisted travel itineraries. Itineraries are suggestions only. Opening hours, prices, availability, safety, visa and travel requirements can change and may be inaccurate — always verify important details against official sources before you travel or book.

2. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on generated itineraries.

3. Subscriptions & payment

TripPathAI PRO is billed at $2 USD per month through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller for the transaction. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, and refunds are processed by Paddle.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
