TripPathAI ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Musa Tenekeci, a sole proprietor based in Turkey. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Trip inputs — the destination, dates, and preferences you enter to generate a plan.
• Anonymous ID — a random identifier stored in your browser to link your plans and subscription status. It is not tied to your real identity by us.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never receive or store your full card details. Paddle shares limited data (e.g. subscription status, country, last 4 digits of the card) so we can provide PRO.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, device/browser type) via our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

How we use it

• To generate and display your travel itineraries.
• To provide, renew and manage your PRO subscription.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI processing

Your trip inputs are sent to our backend and to third-party AI and mapping providers (such as OpenAI and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim) to build your itinerary. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into trip inputs.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and our AI/mapping providers. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising.

Retention

We keep plan and subscription data for as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
